We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for initial purchases to ensure you have time to explore our premium features.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a full refund of your most recent payment if:

You submit your request within 7 calendar days of the transaction date.
You have used less than 5% of the credits allocated for the current billing period.
This is your first time subscribing to a paid plan for the associated Google account.

Important notice: We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative practices.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through our Manage Subscription portal (provided by Creem.io). Upon cancellation:

Your account will remain in "Pro" or "Max" status until the end of your current billing cycle.
You will NOT be charged for the next billing cycle.
Partial refunds for the remaining time in a month are generally not provided.

3. Duplicate or Error Charges

If you believe you have been charged in error or have a duplicate subscription, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and process a full refund for any erroneous charges verified by our system.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email our support team at [email protected] with the following information:

Your registered Google Email.
The Order ID (found in your Creem.io confirmation email).
A brief reason for the refund request (this helps us improve our service).

5. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed through our payment partner, Creem.io. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear back in your original payment method.
