As an AI-powered service, TubeXray AI strictly prohibits the processing or analysis of illegal, harmful, or NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content. Our service utilizes third-party AI safety filters (including those provided by Groq and Cohere) to automatically detect and block inappropriate requests. Users found attempting to circumvent these filters or using the service for prohibited content will have their accounts terminated without a refund.
TubeXray AI offers paid subscription plans (Pro and Max). Payments are handled by Creem.io. By subscribing, you agree to Creem's billing terms. Subscriptions automatically renew each billing period. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which you will not be charged again.
The Service is designed to analyze publicly available YouTube content. We do not claim ownership of the content analyzed or the AI-generated summaries. However, you are responsible for how you use the AI-generated outputs and ensuring compliance with copyright laws.
In no event shall TubeXray AI (AlteraAI) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
TubeXray AI is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, YouTube, Meta, Groq, or Cohere. AI models are used as third-party technologies to process data.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes on this page.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
